‘I thought we were all in this together,’ says dipshit who has done nothing to stop COVID spread

Saint John — Justin Austin, a Saint John resident, is at a loss for words after he was outed for not wearing a mask in a public building.

Austin complained that he was repeatedly told that we are all in this pandemic together, only to find out that didn’t mean he could walk around spreading the virus without being viewed as a total jackass.

“They’re setting neighbour against neighbour!”

After refusing to do literally anything at all to help prevent the spread of the virus, he is baffled as to why society wants nothing to do with him.

The owner of the establishment that Austin was asked to leave had the following comment, “Yeah, my wife is recovering from cancer, she’s immunocompromised, so I can’t have people in my store that won’t follow the health guidelines.”

“The science is in, masks are ineffective!” Austin went on to explain his theories on epidemiological impacts on the course of the virus.

When asked whether he’s published his findings in any peer-reviewed journals, he elaborated on why he has opted for the comments section on YouTube rather than scientific journals to disseminate his findings after what was sure to have been a robust literature review.

Austin concluded by remarking, “Duuuuuh, one plus two is four,” and enthusiastically waiving his heading from side-to-side shouting, “DOI, DOI, DOI!”
