Fredericton — Hot on the heels of CBC’s NB Leaders’ Debate, in which no actual debate happened, The Manatee was quick to round up the leaders of New Brunswick’s three main political parties for a real no-holds-barred debate.
Manatee moderator Grant Borington hosts Progressive Conservative Leader Blaine Higgs, Liberal Party Leader Susan Holt and Green Party Leader David Coon as they tackle topics important to New Brunswick, while taking a few jabs at each other. The Manatee attempted to invite the New Brunswick NDP to the debate, but no one knew where they were, who was in charge, or if they even still exist in New Brunswick at all.
