Rare turn signal use spotted by N.B. law enforcement

New Brunswick — Officer Alotta Carson-DiRoades was stunned to see a car with New Brunswick plates changing lanes on Highway 8 Wednesday and actually using their turn signal.

“This was such a rare sighting, I am so disappointed I couldn’t catch it on camera,” she told Manatee staff.

She added that she was amazed to learn that a New Brunswicker even knew what a turn signal was, as she usually hears people she pulls over refer to it as their “blinky stick.”

Conspiracy theory debunker Yeti Shambala was quick to point out that there was no photographic evidence that the sighting was real.

“New Brunswicker using a turn signal to change lanes? That’s as likely as seeing Blaine Higgs tax Irving appropriately!”

  1. Yeah, saw that guy leaving Timmy’s in Doaktown. Even used the blinker to get on the road Fredericton way. Just one of those Ontario people who moved down here and is showing off. Heard him bragging something about having a 4-way blinker. What the jeez is that?

Cryptid quoted in Manatee article revealed to owe back taxes, employed undocumented chupacabras as domestic servants, and has no known social insurance number. Authorities have chosen to confront the accused one by one, at night, with no flashlights.

  3. But, the signal was left on for 20 kilometres and the car never changed lanes.
